    • If you are unsure, please consult your Learning Specialist by emailing accommodations@ufsa.ufl.edu.
    • Thank you for your interest in Direct Note Services. At this time, Direct Note Services is only available to students with an approved accommodation for note services. If you are approved for audio recording of lectures, please visit our Note Taking Technology page for more information on Otter.ai and other assistive technology that can provide access to course and lecture information. If you are not approved and would like to discuss this accommodation with your Learning Specialist, please email accommodations@ufsa.ufl.edu.
    • The Direct Note Services (DNS) process allows note recipients to receive their notes directly from the note taker. This allows students to receive their notes immediately after a lecture or class event and provides greater note taking autonomy. Once a student has registered as a note taker in your course, the DRC will provide the note taker with your email address so that notes can be sent to you directly. If you wish to remain anonymous, your note taker will email notes to our office and we will forward them to you within 24 hours of receipt (Monday - Friday).
    • In which course are you receiving notes?
    • Class number should be available on syllabus or One UF
    • Please enter the number of credit hours for the course code provided above, if known.
Please enter a number from 0 to 10.
